• Automated Validation Process: Created a GitLab Runner to streamline the validation process for deployment at Five9, reducing manual effort, speeding up deployment times, and allowing developers to focus on critical tasks by testing changes in the Alpha environment before production deployment.
• Developed a backend solution to empower customers with the ability to define, test, and deploy custom LLM prompts for transcript evaluation, seamlessly integrating results with both the data warehouse (BigQuery) and the primary database (Google Datastore) to deliver real-time, data-driven insights in Looker to 50+ dashboards.
• Accurate Usage Billing: Designed and implemented a system to generate precise billing information by efficiently aggregating transcription data across multiple components (Dashboard, Collections, Transcripts) into Datastore, improving data accessibility for the UI and enhancing user transparency in billing.
• Paginated Endpoint Development: Developed a Spring Boot endpoint to support both paginated and non-paginated requests for analyzing call data, reducing response times from 5 seconds to 1 second, and collaborating with the platform team to create a custom Datastore index for optimized performance.
